Queenie, this is going to be short
I really think your whole brief is well laid out. It's simple and clear.
I especially like the goals, site description etc

Make the budget in 8-10, that means aim for 9m, and you will probably have to add some more significant programmes..

The intro could do with some work, but we can talk about that after thursday. The main issue is that it needs to be more boring and less descriptive of the design, but the intent of the Cathedral. .. what does the Cathedral want?
