i anticipated those kinds of comments, so that's good.

i know you said for me to add chapter house and the cathedral into the section, and i realise now that my decision to angle 'tapestry' means that if i cut parallel to the building's footprint, then i'll be sectioning obliquely through the cathedral and the chapter house. but if i draw a section line straight through the site (ie. parallel to the cathedral), then my section through 'tapestry' won't be totally perpendicular. do you get what i mean?

i think i'll draw a section line parallel to the cathedral, even if it means the resulting section will look a bit whack. the context is important to include.
